Raymond Brooks was born to a military family in 1967 and raised on the Coast while his father was serving in the Air Force. Growing up, he attended and graduated from the St. Martin School district in 1985.  Since then, he, like his father, has chosen to lead a life of public service. In 2001 he graduated from the Police Academy as the top overall Graduate and has since served as a Patrolman – 1st Class, School Resource Officer, Warrants Officer / Court Bailiff, Marine Patrol Officer, Explorer Advisor, and a S.W.A.T. Sniper.

Raymond is also a Christian Conservative and, over the course of his 21 years as a public servant, he has held a variety of roles and titles throughout his career that has kept him connected with the people in his community. But Raymond and his family’s dedication to his community goes beyond his positions in Law Enforcement.

His wife Jill Conwill Brooks is a Social Worker, and Raymond himself is also an active member of several civic and Christian organizations. He is a Board Member for Youth for Christ, the Former Chairmen of the Constitutional Conservative Club of Mississippi, a member of Harrison County Republican Club, and a long-time member of The Church on the Coast.

His background and experience as a public figure have helped exemplify his ability to work with public and private entities across the state. However, the first thing his family and friends will tell you is that he has never forgotten where he came from or those for whom he is fighting.

Committed to positive changes in our world, Raymond has set his standards high and will not stop fighting until a proper balance has been reached. To learn more about Raymond and his desire to represent you, continue to explore this site, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
